Sehr nett und modern eingerichtetes Loft-Appartement im 2.Stock mit großem Balkon und tollem Ausblick innerhalb einer schönen, gepflegten Wohnanlage. Wenige Gehminuten zum Bus in die Innenstadt. Volle Weiterempfehlung! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in besonderem Ambiente. Stadt nah, sauber, gemütlich. Klare Empfehlung.

Pros: Vollausgestattete Loftwohnung in sehr guter stadtnaher Lage. Sehr modern eingerichtet. Es ist alles genauso wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Sehr gemütlich. Ich habe mich wirklich wohl gefühlt. Super ruhig. Cons: Es gehört ein wunderschöner Balkon zur Unterkunft. Ich weis das die Besitzer nichts dafür können und sehr bemüht sind das Problem zu beheben. Aber der Balkon ist nicht nutzbar, da er von Tauben belagert wird die leider ihre Hinterlassenschaften überall verteilen. Es ist eine Senseo Maschiene vor Ort und nicht wie beschrieben eine Kaffeemaschine. Also Pads mitbringen. Die Halterung

Fewo war gut, aber für Chemnitz ziemlich teuer.

Pros: Sauberes, modernes Appartment. Cons: Der Weg ins Bett per "Hechtsprung".
