Booked 2 rooms. Called and spoke to somone as my sister could be there in timely manner but not me due to an unexpected school activity for my kid which required me leaving later than planned and arriving late. Called hotel directly to ensure room is in my sister name to check in and told them we would be checking in at 0500 they said they would make note of it. Arrived 0420 and they had no note and no room available. Trying to talk to anyone has been impossible and they have not returned anyones call. My sister stayed and said it smelled like smoke and it was dirty.

Clean room. Wish the tv was bigger and had more apps that could be accessed. It is noisy outside. Mind you its on a busy street. Just can hear traffic to much
