Pros: It was clean and comfortable Cons: Cooker didn't work microwave didn't work plus they could put a hand rail up the stairs as they were very steep especially as I have walking difficulties

Pros: Clean welcoming comfortable and homely. Also willing to provide items when adked Cons: Just a couple of bitd would of made things a bit easier a airer. Which they offered to drop off next day. Also more oven where to enable to cook a family Sunday dinner.
