Pros: Der Weg in die Innenstadt ist nicht weit. Parkplätze gibt es auch. Cons: Es ist ziemlich laut durch die Straße und die Bahn direkt daneben und außerdem warm.

Cons: The "double bed" were two beds with wheels at the bottom, so laying in the middle was impossible since the beds slid apart and created a split.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in

Pros: I liked nothing about this property Cons: I booked a superior double room, there was two single beds shoved together with single bed base sheet on each ( no attempt to make it into a double), the covers were two single bed ones placed width ways across the two single beds! The toilet would barely flush, room was unclean with hair in shower tray, steep stairs between the entrance where bathroom was and bedroom, noisy, excessively long wait to check in and unfriendly night staff at check in, requested a cot for my 5 month old and was told it would be delivered to room, it was not! Pros: staff on recption rude,no smile even told me their day was good before I arrive ,now imagine the level of rudeness, they think I check in late night aroun11:30pm its my fault and it disturbed them Cons: property name is different everywhere to confuse customer coming from another country.parking worst,I was charged hut on arrival told rudly it is first come first serve base.I was fooled with mercure name.No AC i n room BROKEN fans .SOAP& shampoo DISPENSER were empty.hotel name confuses customers,it’s different at different places.RECEPTION IN DIFFERENT BUILDING,ROOMS IN OTHER BLOCK.dirty
