Not first choice but would stay again.

Pros: Comfortable. Helpful staff. Cons: Tiny rooms awkwardly laid out. No room to open luggage.

Pros: Very close to Tokyo station, baths on site and a good coffee machine on our floor, which was free. Cons: Small room with one side of the bed up against a wall.

I could not have asked for a better place to stay at in this area of Tokyo!

The location was close to the station and the staff was super helpful and polite. They had so many amenities and you can pick a pillow to sleep with! My group felt very welcome and we wish we could have stayed longer.

Very convenient location, 5 minute walk from Tokyo Station, 10 min walk from Ginza, staff were very courteous and responsive. Would stay again if in the area.
