Pros: Personnel très accueillant et attentionné. Lit confortable et chambre calme. Très bon emplacement, à quelques minutes à pied de la gare de Tokyo (accès facile au bus, au métro et au train). Un vrai plus : l’onsen, accessible l’après-midi et en soirée. Cons: Chambre très petite pour deux personnes (difficile d’ouvrir une valise).

Location was excellent but this is nothing fancy - Ok for a short stay

Pros: Location was awesome, downstairs happy hours was great. Room size was ok considering but bed was very hard and mattress topper kept sliding off during the night. Not the most comfortable bed in the world and it took a night or two to get used to the hardness. The location made up for the shortfalls. Cons: The hardness of the bed and the room door was a pin pad with no physical key or swipe card - I did not like this as anyone could hack the code! Laundry required a credit card and you could not use coins or IC card.

Pros: Location was very convenience, close to Tokyo station, many restaurants and shopping places. The facility main lobby was under construction, however staffs made up for the construction. Cons: Lobby being under construction, limted space and long line for checking.
