I question the safety and hygiene of the condition of the room

Pros: There a serious language barrier and I could not understand the clerk and was given the wrong time that breakfast was served. Cons: Dealing with a staff member who clearly could speak English. Room ceiling had work done but the job was not completed which caused a significant concern
