One night stay

We needed somewhere to stay near Luton for one night, this was perfect, easy to find and park, quiet, just on outskirts of town and a good price

There was a horrific smell in the room, there were lots of cobwebs in the room. There is a skylight in the middle of the room and its bright from 5am. Advertising is misleading

Excellent location and in perfect condition, couldn’t have been happier

Tired but quiet

Darren was very pleasant and attentive, but the room was tired. The entrance into the property was very narrow, due to a caravan parked next to the entry gate and a small ditch on the other side. Charlotte the spider greeted us at the front entrance, on arrival and each morning when we needed to leave. None of the windows opened and the sky light kept me up at night when the security light was triggered. The main wall of windows was opaque so couldn't see outside. The shower wasn't working-- though Darren fixed it within 15 min-- but it was a very slow flow and difficult to use since the

Not the room/chalet we booked, given another one. No heating, dirty, dusty, old worn furniture. We didn't stay the night, we drove 1/2 to another town and checked into a hotel. Disgusting.
