Pros: Basically everything. Lovely boutique feeling hotel on union square. Honestly I would like to live there permanently. Cons: Breakfast needs more staff. Beautiful room with too few servers

Warm Indian hospitality in the heart of SFO

Pros: Location is superb. Staff, especially Suzzette, Gursharn and everyone else at the main door, reception and the housekeeping was excellent.... Cons: Nothing really.

Deserve a refund

Pros: Room was nice Cons: I was not let in the total as my room key was temporarily misplaced but I had my ID but the bel cap at the door wouldn’t -let me in, even with my ID. He also called the cops to arrest me. Luckily I found my room key before the police arrived, but even then he said they my name was not on the log and refused, my entry. He made me wait five more minutes until you came back and said that he had miss spelled my name. I entered the foyer and was treated by a co-worker who apologized. K’k

Pros: מיקום, צוות אדיב ונחמד, החדר היה מרווח ומאובזר.. Cons: להגיע לחדר היו עוד כמה מדרגות מהמעלית.
