Hotel was great, booking.com has been awful.
Pros: the room was very cool. The artwork and decorations were great. Cons: Booking.com as been an absolute nightmare. I was charged and never received a receipt. Attempts through customer service to get a receipt for my expense report have been fruitless. I will never use Booking.com again.
