Great Hotel.

I liked this hotel a lot. It’s in a great location, close to many of Denver’s main attractions. Ubers were plentiful and it’s very close to public transportation. There were many incredible restaurants and coffee houses close by. The staff were beyond gracious, friendly and accommodating. A special shout out to Marisol, who kept my room clean and stocked with water. I would definitely stay here again.

Incredibly disappointing hotel

Reviewing this hotel because many of the existing reviews are misleading. This is the biggest hotel disappointment we have encountered in months of travel. It is a marginally maintained hotel staffed by people unfamiliar with hospitality and associated with an unimpressive restaurant/bar. Room: 2/5 - The room is large but it’s basically furnished with wires/dents/stains on full display. The bathroom has 2 sinks but water only trickles from one then runs all over the counter. The towel bar and toilet paper holder are falling out of the wall. The robe was warm and fluffy, but only one provided
