Friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, great location.
Pros: The room was quite big and comfortable, everything was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable although the mattress was slightly soft for my liking. :) Cons: The windows were fairly old and draft (and noise) was coming through. Although it didn't bother me but there's only a staircase in the building so carrying luggage up the third floor might be challenging for some.

Disappointed
Pros: The location. Cons: My room was number 5, didn't sleep well, the extractor from the kitchen went off and on all night. Cracked wash hand basin, no slip mat for shower. No biscuits with the tea and coffee.
Cons: Beds old and not very comfortable.
