I wouldn't come back, but everyone has their own standard of demand, for mine the experience was not good.
Pros: Breakfast, I didn't even have the courage to pay for it, bad, should have more American-style options, as there are many guests from other countries. Very good location, close to the temples, many shops, even managed to walk to the Tower, the river disappeared.
Cons: Bad breakfast. Bad room, dirty, very dirty carpet. The bathrooms are very small, it looks like a cabin. If it were in Korea, impeccable rooms, mineral water, coffee, excellent quality tea available.
Pros: Well-located hotel
Pros: Well-located hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Possibility to store luggage. Good breakfast, even though lacking fresh fruits, for example in the morning, or more variety from one day to another.
Cons: Dirtiness (numerous marks on the walls). Low-quality bath products. Room cleaning only once in five days under the pretext of eco-responsibility while towels are changed daily (actually greenwashing).
I truly enjoyed every part of it, especially the breakfast, the staff, and the rooms.
Pros: The room was the largest we had enjoyed in all the hotel rooms we tried in Japan. The beds were also more comfortable. Although still a typical Japanese style bed, it had a little more cushioning on it than the others too. Breakfast was wonderful and well worth the money spent and the goodies from 8 to 10 PM or a special treat. But by far my favorite was The staff was amazing. GU, DJ, Mona, Ono, Rio and the others in the cafeteria were all particularly wonderful, especially Gu. I truly felt taken care of.
Cons: It could probably have used another washer and dryer cause those machines wer
My kids and I had the best stay. Gu, JD, Ono, Mona, and all the staff made us feel quite at home. We have the best stay.
Pros: The staff was wonderful, particularly Gu, JD, Mona & Ono. The beds were the most comfortable we had on our trip and the rooms were spacious. Breakfast was delicious and had so many options. Plenty for everyone to find something yummy to eat! They had a charger for me to use and it was great that they had washing and drying machines.
Cons: They could’ve used one more washer and dryer for the size of the hotel.
Fantastic!
Pros: It is very well located! It allows you to see the whole area on foot! We visited Senso-ji and Kappabashi without taking any transportation! Also, the commercial area is very good! There is a Uniqlo very close by in case you forgot something in your suitcase! The staff was very attentive and helpful, they helped us send our luggage and gave us the necessary directions to get to the places we asked about.
