Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questo hotel e ci siamo sentiti subito benvenuti. Il punto forte è sicuramente la reception: il personale è stato estremamente gentile, disponibile e professionale. In particolare, il receptionist che parla italiano è stato fantastico! Ci ha aiutato a orientarci in città, spiegandoci come raggiungere i principali luoghi di interesse e dandoci ottimi consigli su cosa vedere, dove mangiare e quali posti visitare a Francoforte. I suoi consigli sono stati davvero preziosi e hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Anche la colazione
