Pros: location was good Cons: The room wouldn't get cool enough we let the front desk know but nothing ever got fixed. nights were very uncomfortable!

Great stay. Would do again

Pros: Location. Friendly and helpful staff Cons: Extra fees after checkout. But I think I should’ve seen this more transparently, especially with Booking.

Pros: Once you walk in it’s nice and relaxing got helped and checked in pretty fast Cons: It’s nothing I didn’t like it was perfect!

Excellent stay for business travel

Pros: Great location, spacious room. Good vibes in the lobby from both the staff and other guests. Close to much of the downtown/SoMa action, offices, and conference spaces. Good shared spaces in the lobby and amenities are satisfactory. Cons: I know it's San Francisco, but little things like needing your room key to use the bathroom in the lobby is annoying when you're actually a guest, but understandable given the recent state of San Francisco.
