No friction or fuss, not a single objection, Just simple arrangements, a pleasant transaction. On arrival, parking was easy to find, A welcome was waiting, both swift and so kind. Excellent value for money - superb restaurant on site and breakfast was fantastic. Plenty of parking but access very steep and can be tricky with uneven surface. Lighting went out in the shower (circuit/blown bulb) so had to use the torch on my iPhone

A hotel with good service

A hotel on a busy road but with parking facilities on site. It was some distance from the town but there is a bus stop nearby (these stop running pretty early). It is located next to an Indian restaurant where we could have a meal with 15% discount for staying at the hotel. The room was small and very warm, opening the window meant noise from the traffic. Unfortunately the TV remote did not work in the room, although staff did try to resolve the issue unsuccessfully. It was nice to have a bath in the en suite room; something that is lacking in many hotels!

Absolutely unacceptable experience

Absolutely unacceptable experience. The room was unbearably hot, and it was clear the sheets had not been changed before our arrival, we found multiple hairs on the bed. When we requested an iron and ironing board, both were broken and unusable. Overall, the standards of cleanliness and basic amenities were shockingly poor. Avoid this hotel at all costs, you’ll be glad you did.
