Pros: Katrina at the front desk is an asset to your organization. She fixed everything we threw at her. She made our stay an enjoyable one. Thank you. Cons: Cleaning our room late in the day. We opted out of getting it clean, because we had gotten back from sight seeing and were too tired to wait while they worked, on multiple days.
Great location and facilities, disappointed by late check in

Pros: The room and location were incredible. HUGE room, HUGE bed, super comfortable. Cons: There just wasn't much room service after 11pm, other than that is was great.

Being part of the Union Station development means access is available to the restaurants and other food outlets. Breakfast at snooze was excellent. A free coffee in the morning and scoop of ice cream at happy hour were very welcome!
