Totally happy with everything and would definitely stay again!!
Pros: Really clean, very friendly staff and brilliant location Cons: Car parking was okay but I imagine it would be difficult when busy. As I read in the reviews, it could do with a revamp, carpets and furniture. Also it would be handy to have a tv in the second bedroom in the Family suite

Pros: The staff, general appearance and cleanliness of the hotel was as good as anywhere else. The room was of a good size, comfortable and clean. Cons: The shower could not be persuaded to produce even warm water never mind hot for a shower in the morning. The cooked breakfast had clearly been left on the warming plate under lights for some considerable time, as a result the food was inedible. The alternative was lacking in variety with little more than a bowl of cereal available and the orange juice was watered down to the extent that it had ceased to be orange juice in any way other than c
The hotel was adequate for our needs and the stay was pleasant.
Pros: The location was good for access to the station and other facilities. The breakfast (taken twice) was of a high standard. Cons: The room was somewhat "tired". It was in need of redecoration. Otherwise it was adequate other than an annoying sound of dripping when it rained. The breakfast (taken twice) was of a high standard. One of the lifts was not working. This caused a problem when there were a number of people trying to use the other lift, which would only take a maximum of 3 people. There appeared to be no full restaurant facilities which we were led to believe there would be.
