Comfortable night but only one small elevator working
Pros: Nice view and comfortable bedding and big TV Cons: Only one elevator working and it only had a 3 person capacity, it was very difficult getting up and down during peek times, had to take the stairs up all 7 floors, nearly killed me!
Great location with helpful staff close to the shops
Pros: Fantastic location just 8 mins walk from Swansea train station, and close to shops and cafes. The staff were very helpful and friendly, room was clean and everything was as expected and we didn't stay in the room much. Cons: The gym has been closed for months apparently but it is not updated on the website, so that was disappointing. The room was cleaned daily but only mainly changing towels, vacuuming and changing the bins, but the cups and spoons we used were not replaced / washed. Walls a bit thin and building was a bit run down but expected that from the reviews - but for the price,

Pros: They do a really nice buffet like breakfast with a variety to choose from that you can help yourself to. It was clean and they room serviced every day I stayed. It's good that they keep on top of the cleaning. Cons: Everything was fine and went pretty nicely until we left. I was the one that paid for it, I was the one that booked it which the lady behind the desk is fully aware of yet when I went to hand the key cards in she was staring at my boyfriend like hard smiling at him she didn't even notice me holding the key cards out in front of her face she glanced at me took them and went st

Disappointing.
Pros: Great location. Comfy bed. Cons: Main light and one side light did not work. Room was dirty, huge marks on floor and ceiling. Only 2 pillows which were very flat. Mentioned at reception and did not get any apology and don't think they made much note to resolve.
