Pros: Naim was friendly, there were nice additions to the room like free water and snacks. Cons: Despite Naim being friendly, and the nice additions to my room, there were awful additions also in the form of bed bugs. See pictures attached. I hadn't seen the recent review claiming the same issue, which upon speaking with staff and alerting them they said 'that was from another room'. I am yet to receive a refund. I also discovered them late at night, around 23:59, messaged, got no response until morning. I was unable to find alternative accommodation or offered any by the guesthouse and had no

Great location, really friendly and kind manager. Really appreciated the complimentary snacks and drinks, was a lovely touch. Fantastic to have a tv with Netflix and Amazon on too. Will definitely stay again 😊

Overall a good stay. 😊 Naim is a great host, and very helpful.

Pros: The host was very welcoming and accommodating. The bed was extremely comfortable. I appreciated facilities such as the washing machine. Cons: The showerhead needs to be replaced, as there was a low volume of water and I couldn't wash my hair properly. The sink was too small, and I couldn't wash my hands appropriately as they wouldn't fit under the tap. Was very hot in the room and the only fan provided was very dusty.

Pros: Naim arranged early check in and greeted us on arrival. Complimentary bottle of wine & snacks were a nice touch! Very handy for Finsbury Park gig. Cons: Shower wasn’t very powerful
