Needs some TLC but did the basics

Pros: Building and car park felt secure. Room was spacious and had all basics. Cons: Property needs some TLC - peeling paint on walls, chipped furniture, ripped duvet covers and very expensive parking, £20 per night (which we were not aware of on booking)

Pros: The hotel was pleasant, and the room was cosy and comfortable

Pros: The hotel was pleasant, and the room was cosy and comfortable. My only complaints were that there was quite a lot of noise from other guests, which made it difficult to relax at times, and there wasn't much choice on the TV, as the available app offered very limited viewing options. Overall, I had a pleasant stay despite these minor issues. Cons: Better TV and less noise

Exceptional service

Pros: What I liked most about the hotel was the wonderful staff. The receptionist and every member of the team were so kind, welcoming, and helpful, which made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The room was very spacious and perfect for our family of three, with plenty of room to relax. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would definitely recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay, and we will definitely come and stay here again whenever we visit London. Cons: There was nothing I didn't like about the room or the hotel. Everything

All very good and highly recommended.

Pros: We booked this hotel for its location (close to shops and stations) and its relatively low price. The buildings look old but the facilities are brand new. They have thick windows, wooden floors, modern shower, and they even have an air conditioner in the room. The room is super clean. We’ve met three staffs during the stay, and all of them are friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with. I completely recommend this hotel. Cons: Nothing.
