Pros: About a half hour walk to downtown, multiple restaurants within a block radius, and the NY pizza spot was delicious. Clean beautiful neighborhoods just west of it if you want to go for a walk or run at any time. The windows open so you don't have to use the AC unit all the time, my girl and I loved it. Cons: Pillows were too puffy for my girl, I didn't mind.

OK for a night or 2, but it definitely needs some renovations, everything is basically old
Pros: Room and property are dated but bed is comfortable shower works well..and despite the location it’s relatively quiet Cons: The TV is difficult to operate since the remote is confusing and there’s no instructions.. initially wasn’t working and I had to wait for the owner to come fix it….not something you want to deal with after a long day.The dish network basically sucks .
Very pleasant and I recommend The Flamingo.
Pros: The family who runs it are very nice and accommodating. The rooms are consistently cleaned properly and professionally. The neighborhood quiets down around 11 pm. There are good restaurants and a Whole Foods within walking distance. Love the huge neon sign on two sides of the building. Cons: The water pressure in the shower could have been better. The vehicle traffic on The Alameda can be a little loud at times.
