The Gate Hotel Ryogoku by Hulic

Very spacious room and well-located hotel

Pros: Very nice design, restaurant with a river view where you can eat until at least 10 pm. Very spacious and clean room, functional with USB-C outlets on each side of the bed. Breakfast with few choices but the small buffet allows you to complement and find what you like. Hotel located right next to Ryogoku station, making it easy to get around Tokyo. Cons: The air conditioning in the room automatically resets to 20 degrees every 4 hours, the only way not to be cold is to turn it off completely. Hotel in a quiet area but still the possibility to find some restaurants nearby.

Best breakfast

Pros: You can barely see the Skytree from the Kokugikan side. The view is amazing! The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very delicious. The orange juice was so good that I had seconds. Cons: None

Pros: The location is great, 3 minutes from Ryogoku train, by the river. The hotel is very clean, the rooftop is nice, the breakfast is great with fresh fruit juice, which is rare! The bedding is very comfortable and there is no noise in the hotel no matter the time! Cons: Nothing

Very classy hotel

Pros: Beautiful hotel, very large room, great bathroom, really fancy, nice location by the water Cons: Not much in the immediate vicinity, but transportation is easily accessible, you can hear the highway from the rooftop
