Wonderful pub to stay in
Lovely old but welcoming pub with helpful and friendly staff. Owners were great and really wanted to ensure we were happy with everything and looked after us well. Food was great particularly the crab special and a fab curry night. We enjoyed our stay in the loft room which was spacious and quite quirky and very much was in keeping with the age of the pub. We had stayed at the pub before and look forward to staying again in the future.

Would definitely stay here again
Pros: The position of the property was good, good bus service into Wells good bus service into Cheddar and Bath. Staff and locals really friendly.Really nice place Cons: All good

Great place, just what we needed
Great food, great beer and very friendly owners. All in all great value for money, will definitely return when again in the West Country.

Pros: Bonne situation par rapport à Wells avec le charme de la campagne. Accueil trés agréable personnel très attentif. Nous avons pris le repas du soir excellente cuisine. Pub agréable. Nous recommandons cet établissement. Cons: Rien
