Almost missed my flight after the car service they arranged did not wait 4 minutes for me to come down to meet them. The lady at the front desk did not seem concerned with making sure the service I paid them for was provided. This service was a private driver and car paid in advance $120. I believe it to be unreasonable that I was left stranded over my slight 4 minute delay getting downstairs from my room. Out the money, I was now told I had to pay again for a regular taxi which took over an hour to finally come. By the time I made it to the airport and through security I had only seconds befo
