They started contacting me via text before I started traveling

They started contacting me via text before I started traveling. Aasish, the young man who set up our reservation got us a parking and took us to our unit. He even carried my mom's luggage, and very flexible during our extended stay for another night. I like the kitchen, the spa access and laundry most which you don't always get even with established hotels. Overall it is a lovely experience ☺️ and hopefully I will come back again!

The check-in process was unconventional

The check-in process was unconventional. It would have been okay if the owner contacted us a day before, not just one hour before the check-in time. In the end, it worked out. But the communication could be improved.
