Perfect place to stay before a flight home.
Everything. The feeling of calmness and space. The staff were very helpful. The cafe served tasty and very fresh food. It was the perfect place to stay to wind down before our flight home.

Most enjoyable, excellent stay.
The reception staff were extremely helpful in getting our luggage relocated to another hotel while we overnighted at Mt Fuji. Bus drivers were very accommodating as were staff at the breakfast bar and dinner
