Room service is terrible Receptionist are terrible They don’t even pick up the phone for $600 a night or more I expect better service Nothing is delivered on time The Receptionist is so tiny for the amount of people that are staying in the hotel so they cannot deliver

Incredibly stylish hotel in a completely updated former factory building. Very popular bar and restaurant in lobby. Rooms were elegant and thoughtfully appointed. Would definitely stay there again.
I have experienced a problematic experience during my stay. Basically Paris was around 13 to 22 degrees celcius and the air conditioning was broken during my whole stay, they offered me portable heaters. The phones were out during my stay, they offered to message over whatsup app if I needed any hotel services and so. But it takes to for the to answer. One night I arrived at my room and see that the room cleaning service did not put any hand or floor towels at the room. I messaged them 3 times they did not even return my messages. I tried to call the hotel lobby from outside to check their me
