Perfect family holiday in St Lucia

We had a wonderful stay at The Landings Resort & Spa. The hotel is absolutely stunning, with beautiful grounds and an incredible beach. The staff were so warm and friendly, and you can really see how hard they all work to make sure guests have a great experience. A special shout-out to Teddy, Ophelia and Melissa at the beach restaurant, who were absolutely lovely and really looked after us during our stay. Lovely suite. Small niggles

Pros: Lovely suite, good size and really well equipped. Great hot tub. Enjoyed the spa and treatment Cons: Was a long walk to breakfast, internet was spotty in room. Breakfast room was small and occasionally crowded. Seemed to be less choice than on previous visit Most staff were great however there were on the beach we noticed we didn’t receive the same treatment as other guests. Eg. the sun beds.

Amazing location, facilites and staff, beware of events happening during your stay though

Pros: The staff was amazibg, the location was spectacujlar and the rooms wxere spacious, perfect for a family stay! Cons: The black out curtains were not very effective so we were all up by 6am... Also, there were a music festival happening next door and although we were not bothered by the mlusic itselfg, many particoants cvame by boat the day beofre and they were really loud, they all came back between 8 and 10pm the day of the festival and we could hear their music and their screams from the bedrooms which make it difficult to get a good night sleep. A great stay with brilliant facilities.

Pros: The hotel was lovely, very well laid out that so whilst it was sizeable, it never felt busy / congested. Breakfast was nice, a little repetitive but the egg station was the best. All staff we dealt with were lovely, specifically Brianna on the egg station at breakfast and the two massage therapists in the spa whose name we sadly didn't get! The gym was also a great and welcome addition. The beach is absolutely gorgeous and the included water sports are brilliant. Beautiful property but...

Pros: The property, surrounding, breakfast and beach are exceptional. Very beautiful place. Very pleased with the upgrade! Cons: The check-in process was far too long! We waited nearly 1hr with 2 staff working and 6 other groups queuing. In this day and age, things should be far more efficient. After a long flight, you don't want to be filling out forms - you want to be whisked to your room! Some of the staff are great; some need extensive training in customer relations. They clearly hated their job!
