Elegant hotel, ample sized rooms, clean refreshing
Pros: The hotel had beautiful fresh flowers through the entrance and lobby. The entire facility was clean, fresh, and inviting. The location was ideal for all of our visited sights and friends. The pool side bar was just right, and our evening cocktails were so much fun with our guests. Cons: Nothing

Pros: Lounge club facilities. Get a club room; it's well worth the extra cost. Cons: The place is huge and it takes a little while to get used to getting around. I pretty much liked everything.

Royalty Trestment
Pros: Exceptional well mannered staff. Everyone made us feel like royalty. Cons: The first night they did not provide me with my king size bed that I had booked. However, they did the next day.

Top - im Club Floor Level
Pros: Der Club Floor ist mit seinen Annehmlichkeiten wirklich extrem gut ! Cons: Ich war schon „oft“ vor Ort - viele der Zimmer (eigentlich alle die ich bisher hatte) wären wirklich einmal renovierungsbedürftig und sind mittlerweile leider aus der Zeit gefallen. Der Charme des Hotels, der Anlage, des Staffs und die Lage in der besten Wohngegend von Pasadena macht vieles weg.
