Location is excellent, close to to rocks and circular quay. As a solo female traveller, I choose the Langham because I always feel safe.

Most luxurious and elegant hotel in Sydney.

Pros: I loved the gym, spa, pool and steam room. Very clean and good service. Cons: One staff couldn’t understand my request which I asked for a maple syrup at the breakfast.

Crunchy towels and gowns.

I stayed at the Langham Sydney during an extended stay in Sydney as a treat for myself. The staff were really polite and professional, but I was given a room that already had someone in there, and I was greeted with a very angry lady who said I was Interupting her. I was then taken to another room, and although it was beautiful, and the bed was comfy, the towels and robes were really crunchy, thin and uncomfortable to use. I would have expected plush linen being a 5 star hotel. I wouldn't stay again.
