Brilliant birthday weekend , definately value for money
Pros: I thought that steve ( the owner) was absolutely brilliant - just the owner a guest house should have - polite, good sense of humour, and nothing was too much trouble for him . he even recommended various places for us to go. we loved it that much that we have rebooked for Christmas. The breakfast was delicious he even asked if we wanted any more tea / coffee, toast.
Cons: I was on the top floor, ( there were 3 flights) I have mobility difficulties , so climbing the stairs was a challenge.

Pros: We enjoyed everything about our stay. Hotel was clean, breakfast was lovely, the owner was lovely, great location for shops and beach. We would definitely stay again :)

Great host and breakfast. Nice comfy bed and right next to the beach. Will defo stay again
