Pros: The staff at the Lion & Key Hotel were extremely helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. We needed to extend our booking by a few extra days, and the staff made the whole process so easy and stress-free. They even arranged for us to stay in our original room rather than having to pack everything up and move, which we really appreciated. Nothing was too much trouble, and their kindness and flexibility made our stay even more enjoyable. Fantastic customer service! ❤️ Cons: The main downside to our stay was the size of the bed. Pros: Les chambres sont modernes, bien équipées (clim, salle de bains moderne…) L’emplacement est calme, pas au central London, mais à 15 mins en train de la gare de St Pancras Cons: La fenêtre donnait sur un mur à 10 cm d’écart et elle ne s’ouvrait pas…

Decent

Pros: Lovely hotel and rooms are spotless, comfy bed! Decent location with good transport links and shops. Cons: Although aircon was in the room it was noisy but without it the room is sweltering. You can feel it in the corridor too.

Not a good experience this time

Pros: Staff are very helpful Cons: I was in Room 215 and it was awful. It was at the front and there was no curtain to cover the window above the bed. All night the lights from zebra crossing and lights from house opposite and cars were lighting up the ceiling. Also the quilt was so heavy it was too much for this time of year. There was no other bedding to use. The pillows were like rocks. There was no bathroom mat to stand on after shower . It was not a good experience. When I have been in room 106 it was fine. This room was awful .
