Pros: Location, walkable to the ferry and many restaurants Cons: A little dated
Lovely location. Huge property, it could accommodate many functions without disrupting a family vaca
Pros: The location was perfect. We walked to the charming downtown, took in the incredible scenery, we were close to visit family and walked to Sam's for an event. Cons: The Lodge has been well loved. It is a huge property and is quite nice. I heard great things about the bar area, but we did not get a chance to visit as we were there for a very short stay. Some renovation of the building is probably in order, but this did not hinder us from having a wonderful time and enjoying the property
Beautiful but Tired
Pros: Outstanding location. Best in the area Cons: We have been coming here for almost 18 years. This was a premiere property which has been allowed to waste away. In desperate need of a refresh. Painting, plumbing fixtures, bathrooms, flooring, everything! Don’t allow this magnificent property to fail! It’s always busy. Make it Beautiful and charge appropriately.
