Great location for a great price

Pros: Excellent location at a good price Cons: Nothing

Enjoyed out stay very very much. First time visiting SF.

Pros: Fantastic location, great for public transport. Room and view great. Clean, quiet (mostly), sunny. Handy having hot and cold water in basement (which I only found out about by asking someone in the lift carrying cups!). Cons: I wish the hotel offered continental breakfast (SO expensive to eat out). I wish the room had had a microwave and small fridge - would have made a huge difference. I wish we could have opened the windows - so stuffy and hot. Ceiling fan helped.

Pros: Location Had a certain 'old world charm' in all its connotations! Comfortable and clean but..... see below Cons: Rooms very basic. Sloooow lift. All a bit tired, needs a lick of paint, new carpets, better lighting everywhere, especially the bedrooms.

Pros: I visited SFMOMA, and the hotel's location was perfect for my visit, just a 5-10 minute walk to SFMOMA. I think the price was reasonable given the high-end hotels in the area, I found a deal that fit my budget. For a simple meal, Trader Joe's is just next to it. Target is a few minutes' walk, and there are plenty of eateries. Cons: The room is not soundproof. You can hear people in the next room talking 😬
