Meh

Pros: The location was perfect for master's graduation ceremony. Walking distance to Phipps Conservatory. Cons: Had to go to 10th floor to check in! We had to wait 15 minutes because the person had left the check in to go to "office"...she was in bar!! Acted annoyed we arrived for check in. Costs of breakfast / dinners were astronomical! $50 for 1/2 chicken??? The room was nice; however, do not walk around in white socks! We cleaned up a water spill and white towel was gray!!

Overall very nice stay. Would come back.

Pros: Great location in Oakland part of Pittsburgh. Bed very comfy. Room spacious and bathroom nice also. Cons: No soap in shower. View from room showed back alley. Hotel check in on 10th floor, above all rooms and lobby therefore was non existent.

Request for Marriott Management Review and Resolution

this message is for Marriott Management as I cannot get a response back for some reason.. I'm reaching out as a Marriott guest for over 30 years. Marriott has typically been my first choice when travelling, which is why my recent experience during my stay at the Oaklander Hotel was especially disappointing and has caused me to seriously reconsider that choice moving forward. I tried to send this directly to management, no response. I tried through the hotel feedback and it would not work also as it doesnt accept comments and something seems to be broken. I didnt want to go public here but you
