Never again!

Cons: I had prepaid the hotel and left a deposit of €400 at the hotel through my credit card. This was promptly released after check-out. On the first night, without my consent, the first night amount of €680 was charged again. This was a system error. Initially, it was supposed to take 3-5 days for the refund to reach me, then 14-20 days, and now a month has passed and I still haven't received the money back. I keep getting postponed. With the prices, I simply expect more. With 4-6 trips to Rome per year, we will certainly not travel there anymore.

Pros: Location excellent and staff very good. Cons: Food and dinner experience was terrible. After we pointed out the rocket (salad) was spoiled - they disagreed but wouldn’t taste it. Kitchen didn’t appreciate the feedback.

Great service, beautiful location

This was the first stop on our honeymoon and it was phenomenal, from the friendly service to the beautiful room. The rooftop restaurant was great for breakfast and dinner; and the rooftop bar was also fun with a fantastic sunset view. Walking distance to the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps.

Magnificent and memorable at every level

This was our first stop on a month-long trip, and it set a high bar for the warm welcome and service we received, overall quality, comfort, and fabulous location. The rooftop terrace was idyllic. The reception staff were professional and helpful, assisting us with a personalized golf cart tour of Rome, which was ideal as we only had a couple of days in the city. The Ristorante Archimede is immediately opposite and we ate there at least three times. The food and staff seemed very authentic, and it was where locals ate. We'd return to this hotel for sure.

Far below expectations.

The hotel is gorgeous and most of the staff is very accommodating and the location is prime. But those are the only positive things that stood out. We had numerous issues, the worst was there was no hot water for 2 days! The staff lied and tried to blame it on Rome law telling us that they could only set the temperature up in a certain range. Showers were brutal. Weird because after 2 days, I guess the laws changed because it was fixed. We couldn't get our safe to work so I quit using it and opted for my valuables to be locked in my luggage. For that reason, we declined room service out of fea
