Staff is great. Rooms are ok.
Pros: The door crew Norman and Teddy were absolutely amazing as was Ganesh. Cons: Communication when I tried to speak to a manager was awful. Left a vm and an email and never got a return. Property has a damp smell to it and it really hurt my allergies. Waited 20 minutes at a table for breakfast and never got service.

Pros: I love the roof top bar and the atmosphere of the hotel . The history is fascinating. Cons: I was on the 3rd floor and the was very bad smell in hallway .
Overpromised, underdelivered consistently.
Pros: Beautiful building with lots of character, nice location, spacious room, breakfast was good (thanks Nikki for making my day during the early mornings). Cons: The staff and service lacked the character that the building itself possesses. Whether at dinner or the rooftop bar, the staff appeared unskilled, uninterested, and—above all—preoccupied with each other. If they put the same effort into showing genuine interest and providing proactive service as they do into asking for reviews, things would improve. During my seven-night stay, I had to fetch coffee from reception four times because
I throughly enjoyed every aspect of the beauty and nostalgia of the Partridge Inn.
We enjoyed an experience at the Partridge Inn. We sat on a front porch enjoying a wonderful breakfast. We enjoyed the night view of downtown Augusta on the Roof top lounge. The Inn is a beautiful reflection of our history that allows us to slow down and embrace the essence of time.
okay stay, but would have paid less for the same type of hotel.
Pros: Hotel was okay - nothing to write home about. Not especially clean. Cons: Temperature of our room. It never really got cold.
