Great location, nice property
Pros: Great location, owner was very responsive, nice property Cons: It’s a walk-up apartment up 3 flights of stairs which I didn’t think was clear from the listing. It’s also unavoidably over warm on the hottest days as it appears to be a converted attic.
Homely old school feel, views, and fantastic location.
Pros: Super relaxed stylish apartment in a stunning and convenient location. Old school but stylish and homely design made the place comfortable from the second that we walked in. You could chill out there all day if you wanted, just relaxing in the living room or lounging around in bed. The view from the large kitchen window over the river to downtown is spectacular. It's right next to the top of the incline and right next to the most bustling streets of Mount Washington so it's convenient for checking out both those areas and near to the airport too. Pros: Mt Washington location very good for the city. Good views. Cons: Shower very slow. Some low ceilings for tall guys. A lot of Marijuana smell from first floor.

Pros: Great area walking distance to bar and restaurant. Quiet street safe area. Cons: Steps, older furniture
