Lovely place, lovely staff, great vibes and excellent location.
The staff were lovely and also called me back as I left my ring there and left it for me to collect which was greatly appreciated (especially as it was my wedding ring!)

Good value stay
Pros: Nice part of town, convenient travel wise to get to London. Decent modern bathroom and the staff were great. Cons: The room itself (room 5) had a damp smell that didn’t go away at all
Pros: Excellent from the start great restaurant fantastic service shall be back! Cons: loved it all..

Pros: The matress was so so comfy
Pros: The matress was so so comfy. The room was super quiet and spacious plus had aircon. The sheets & towels were super clean and the bathroom products smelt amazing. Cons: The pillows were shocking sadly. The overhead shower didn't work just sprayed really finely everywhere other than on the person so was unusable. The end of the bed jutted out and I caught my leg on it and have a nasty bruise, it needs to be shifted nearer the window. The worst thing was the breakfast by a long way. There was no sourdough bread at all, every breakfast option inc it so pretty ridiculous to run out on a busy
A good pleasant experience.
Pros: Good location , near shops and amenities , welcoming staff , room clean and comfortable , modern , good facilities, inside and outside, optional breakfast available. Restaurant and bar . Cons: Lots of stairs to climb , to get to single room located top of building. Out of hours back entrance. A bit strange, ( as not used to it)
