Great location, book in advance
Pros: Staff were great. Room was large and clean. Great shower, very comfy bed and pillow selection. Cons: Pool was being serviced for our entire trip and didnt know us til we checked into our room. Disappointed but understood why.
Would never stay here again
Pros: I didn’t like anything about this Hotel the staff was horrible. There was noise. The alarm went off in the middle of the night while we were sleeping for no reason and when we decided to leave early, they wouldn’t even bother giving us a credit or trying to, and then they wanted us to check out early so they could sell the room to somebody else. Cons: It was noisy. It was not clean. It smelled weird. The food sucked, and the staff was very rude.
Very nice home spot in beautiful Sydney
Pros: Perfect location nice personal amidst large hotels. Nice beds beautiful rooms very clean. Pool was a bit cold in the winter. Cons: The management of the restaurant on the ground floor had just been taken over. We expected more based on the images and reviews.
It was relaxing and met all our expectations. The cafe downstairs was cozy!
Pros: Location was tucked away and peaceful, but still close to main attractions. Cons: Pillows to sleep on.
