Pleasant staff; easy check in; decor a little dated but retains heritage charm. Street noise minimal aside from mall bus
Pros: I booked this place based on its location and heritage character. Location proved to be a double-edged sword: close to public transport, but also prime location for Rundle Mall buskers below. Still, this is really only an issue if you’re wanting to rest during the afternoon or evening before heading out. Breakfast options are good, just worth noting the kitchen doesn’t open until 9am.
Cons: Hard to tune out buskers below.

Conveniently located
Pros: The excellent shower pressure, the bath, the 2 separate rooms, the beds, TV in each room, staff were very helpful, very convenient location where we walked to the zoo, botanic gardens, museum, art gallery, Holey Moley minigolf. There was a great selection of organic tea's
Cons: The restaurant wasn't open on the nights we stayed, so there was no room service either. Also, there was no cutlery
