Expected Luxury, Received Disappointment

**Disappointing Stay—Not Worth the Price** I had high expectations for this hotel, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from beginning to end. There was nothing about this stay that would make me want to return or recommend it to others. The guest room felt outdated, dark, and in need of a major refresh. Cleanliness was also a concern. The area around the toilet clearly had not been cleaned properly, which immediately raised questions about the overall housekeeping standards. The Ritz-Carlton, Denver, is a great hotel in downtown Denver, within a 15-minute walk of Union Station, and we had the opportunity to visit again after so many years. What makes this place special are the people who work here and go above and beyond to make every guest feel extra special. Luxury in downtown Denver

Although an older property, the Ritz Carlton continues to live up to its name with clean, comfortable rooms and excellent service. The hotel is conveniently located for walking to the 16th Street Mall, Coors Field, and downtown Denver. Throughout our stay, everyone provided Ritz-level service, from reception, to the valet team (who were always quick with our car), to the restaurant staff. The team always greeted us by name and proactively anticipated our needs, like giving water bottles when we returned from being out walking.
