A Five Star Experience

We spent a day and half at this hotel over Christmas and absolutely loved every minute. This location is modern and stylish and the staff are polished but also very warm. We enjoyed the Club Lounge and amenities. All were top notch. The staff are so kind and charming. Josh in the Lounge and Harrison at the Front Desk were among our favorites. We enjoyed the easy enclosed walk to the J.W. Lobby and the excellent bar there as well. We can't wait to return to this property.

The property was a bit less than expected, it feels a little dated, the lobby is very small, not many dining options - need to go to Marriott next door… for such an expensive room, it was below my exp

The property was a bit less than expected, it feels a little dated, the lobby is very small, not many dining options - need to go to Marriott next door… for such an expensive room, it was below my expectation. The service was good mostly, except for 1 lady, Christine at the front desk, she was just plain rude the few times I’ve had to talk to her. The room was fine, nothing special, just a standard room. The great thing about it is that it’s close to Crypto arena, less than 10 min to USC, lots of restaurants near by in LA LIVE, nice movie theater across the street… so overall I’d stay here aga
