Pros: Lovely old inn in beautiful location by river. Comfy bed. Cons: Bit tatty.

Good location, hotel needs a massive upgrade…..and better cleaners also bring in rent a kill
Pros: Staff were nice & friendly, breakfast was nice too. Cons: RATS…..I stayed here with family for a wedding…..so we had several rooms…..at least 5 of our rooms were on the top floor where we could hear rats running around over our heads usually starting from 5am in the opening, I did mention it to the bar man and he wasn’t aware & I was surprised that no one else mentioned it!!

A very enjoyable couple of days.
Pros: Lovely old place and great location : watched the swans go by from our bed. Fairly easy access to the centre/cathedral and pubs/restaurants. Cons: Bar never seemed to be open after 10 pm.

Staff friendly the overall the place is in need of a lot of TLC
Pros: Location close to the Cathedral and nice views of the river Cons: Bathroom needs a lot of work cracked tiles, rusty plug hole, pillows smelt like chips, one cushion had questionable marks on it, the glasses for the water were dirty and still had lip marks.
