Overall it was good, staff were approachable and polite. It was quiet and I’d happily book there again.

Pros: Located centrally and a comfortable quiet stay in the heart of Sydney cbd Cons: Only 1 restaurant was accessible on a weekend for in room dining. The clean wasn’t the greatest there was dust and towels were changed as requested.

Happy to stay again

The accommodation was clean and very comfortable. The staff were friendly. The location was great for shops and theatre stage shows. Breakfast across the road was very tasty. Lovely card & wine left for my husbands birthday in the room.

Excellent location

Pros: Location is excellent. Check-in and check-out was very straight-forward. Cons: Carpet in the room could have been cleaner. Bathroom was very tired and had a poor layout
