Pleasant stay, very comfortable rooms, good location.
Easy to check in online which saved a lot of time waiting at reception. Clean, good location, lovely breakfast and staff were very nice.

Konaklamam beklentimi karşıladı.Otele ulaşımımda booking tarafından alacağım hizmeti alamadım.
Pros: Konum ve otel iyiydi. Cons: Rezervasyonumuz sırasında promosyon olarak taksi hizmeti verildi ve havalimanında yetkili tarafından karşılanacağımız söylendi.Ancak havalimanından çıkışımızda bizi bekleyen kimse yoktu.İletişim kurulacak kişi olan eşim Aykut Alkan aranmadı ve biz oradaki iletişim bilgilerinden aramaya çalıştığımızda da telefonları ulaşılabilir bir numara değildi.Özetle bu konuda booking tarafından kandırıldığımızı düşünüyorum.Ailem ile yaptığım bu yolculukta merkeze ulaşımımızla ilgili sizin sunduğunuz bu hizmet ile rahat bir seyehat sonrası Kopenhag’a ulaştığımızda tekrarda
