Impeccable Service
We had an amazing time at the St. Regis Rome. Everyone was very welcoming and the service is unparalleled. The check in process was seamless….we got upgraded and the room had champagne and tart awaiting us. The service in Lumen was impeccable….Ash, Georgia and Mauricio were amazing.

Above and beyond staff and great property!
The Hotel was Great! Beautiful Clean Room. Great room, comfortable bed and awesome staff. Elizabeth, David, Manuel and Antonio were so helpful! We felt well taken care of and had a great stay!
