Wonderful experience

Customer orientation at its lowest

Pros: Staff was nice trying to compensate for the weird hotel policies, especially Mark at the reception, well done. Cons: When this hotel says your breakfast is included, what they mean is a partial credit to your breakfast bill, despite what it says on your booking. The rooms are already $1k and above, so cheaping out on charging the extra $10-$15 really left a bad impression. Moreover, they were struggling to return the deposit on a visa card that was issued outside of Canada (calling it international), so we had to leave the hotel, walk an hour to take cash out from a nearest bank, instead

St Regis Toronto is a don't miss!!!

We loved everything about the St Regis Toronto. From the efficient, kind and helpful people at the front desk, to Paolo and Neil at the concierge desk, to Ece at Louis Louis, and skilled and helpful waitperson Arta, we were always well taken care of. Great location, well appointed and well serviced rooms, and consistently fine service! We couldn't be happier to recommend St Regis Toronto for your stay.
