Overall very good value for money

Pros: Location Space Parking Security Quite Cons: Shower heads need descaling DustBuster didn’t work needs replacing Water extremely hot when comes out of tap scolding

Abysmal

Pros: Nothing Cons: The electronic code for the key safe didn’t work. The manual key safe was empty. There was no effective management or staff to provide a solution and I was left without a room

Location and parking

Pros: Centrally located. Very efficient key collection and drop-off. Good amenities- fridge, freezer, washer, dishwasher. Cons: There was a strong smell of damp which is very likely because of repeated water ingress to the door frame/floor and surrounds. No doubt due to the shower screen fitted to the bath. I doubt I’ve ever seen those work as designed. Main double bd was a tad small and average comfort.

Pros: Second stay and the facilities are excellent. Everything thought of. Location for us was perfect. Cons: The bed needs a new mattress. 2 Terrible nights with little sleep.
