Dans l'ensemble, c'était un séjour agréable, même avec le problème que j'ai eu.
Pros: En entrant dans l'hôtel, c'était très agréable et élégant. Propre et bien rangé. J'ai aimé la taille de la chambre et le lit était très confortable. C'était très agréable et calme là où la chambre était située.
Cons: Je n'ai pas aimé que je ne pouvais pas utiliser le ventilateur car le test PAT dessus datait de juillet 2024 et je pensais qu'il était obsolète, donc je me sentais en insécurité de l'utiliser et la chambre devenait trop chaude. J'ai demandé à un membre du personnel à ce sujet et ils ont dit qu'ils allaient s'en occuper mais je n'ai pas eu de nouvelles à ce sujet. Il n'y avai

Globally, it was a pleasant stay, even with the issue I had.
Pros: Upon entering the hotel, it was very nice and stylish. Clean and tidy. I liked the size of the room and the bed was very comfortable. It was very nice and quiet where the room was situated.
Cons: I didn't like that I could not use the fan as the PAT test on it was dated July 2024 and thought it was outdated so felt it was unsafe to use and the room got too hot. I did ask a member of staff about it and they said they would look into it but didn't hear more about it. There wasn't any toilet roll in the bathroom on arrival and had to ask at the reception desk. Cons: Chambre sale, moisissure sur les carreaux dans la salle de bain, pas de réfrigérateur, pas de coffre-fort pour les objets de valeur. Poignée de l'armoire manquante et un gros tas de déchets à l'extérieur de la fenêtre de la chambre 112. C'est la première fois que nous laissons un mauvais commentaire. Nous préférerions ne pas en laisser, mais c'était mauvais.

Pros: Location and reception staff good. Plenty of hot water.
Cons: Room dirty, mould on tiles in the bathroom, no fridge, no safe for valuables. Wardrobe handle missing, and a large pile of rubbish outside the window of room 112. First time we have ever left a bad review. Would rather not leave one. But this was bad.
