Hotel bueno pero podría mejorar
Pros: La habitación es cómoda, muy buena ubicación el hotel es moderno para estar en el casco histórico de Roma. Nos recibieron con un set de bienvenida. El desayuno es completo. Cons: Es inaceptable que un baño carezca de puerta. Está separado el baño que sí tiene puerta pero delante de este, hay un ante baño con el lavamanos y la ducha y este espacio carece de puerta y además no hay perchero en la ducha, falta de privacidad absoluta.

Pros: The room was spacious and very comfortable, which made a big difference for our family. The beds were excellent, and we really appreciated the welcome gift waiting for us upon arrival. Breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety and quality. The hotel's location is outstanding, making it easy to explore Rome on foot and enjoy the city's main attractions. Cons: The staff was always professional and efficient, but the service felt a bit automatic. A warmer and more personal approach would have made the experience even better.
